Extremely proud to have been awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Science by ⁦⁦Cranfield University⁩ - a small socially-distanced ceremony at ⁦⁦The IET​⁩ HQ at Savoy Place on the day of its 150th birthday. Love the honour, and looking great in pink. Thank you!

We love Myzone as a motivation tool - exercise is never a chore ..... sometimes not fun, but never a chore!

Time away from work is really important, to recharge, pursue other interests and build resilience. ‘Family First’, we must lead by example, get ‘off the grid’, stay contactable, but not connected. The Astra Ways of Working are key to this.

We are back competing this weekend , Army Ladies will be competing in Sandhurst on Sunday at a Tug of War Assoc. event. It’s good to be back Army Sport

Great achievement to be nominated - great effort keeping the squad motivated, encouraging others to join in and of course raising awareness of our own charity - RAF Benevolent Fund - who supports serving personnel and veterans, and their families.
