It's International Day of Older Persons which celebrates the amazing impact that senior citizens have in our communities. RAF High Wycombe are proud to support our veterans residing at the local Royal Star & Garter. Here are our personnel at the RS&G during Armed Forces Day in 2024.



It was a pleasure to welcome ACM Sir Rich Knighton, ACM Sir Rich Knighton to present certificates to graduates of the RAF LEAD (Leadership, Exploration & Development) talent programme for high potential enlisted aviators. RAF LEAD graduates now become RAF LEAD Alumni.



I’m privileged to have attended ‘Spirit of the Battle of Britain’ Banquet to honour the 2024 outstanding @USAirForce & Royal Air Force Exchange Officers with the presentation of the RAF Museum American Foundation Swords of Honor & Commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of D-Day.




Proud RAF personnel were out in force at the annual Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal collection in London. Tube stations including Leicester Square, Piccadilly & Oxford Circus saw many a face rattling tins, handing out poppies and collecting for a great cause. #Remembrance #lestweforget

Congratulations to our very own Mr Brown for helping to raise £2,298.50 for the Royal British Legion appeal. Each year Mr B delivers over thirty collection boxes to schools, shops, pubs and restaurants all over Naphill & Walters Ash, and then meticulously collecting them all back again.




Today is World Religion Day which was first introduced in 1950. Its main purpose is to promote a more peaceful understanding between faiths. Our very own Padre, Andi offers his thoughts in the video below. RAF Chaplains
