Thank you to SCABSE for honoring the DTOYs tonight. South Carolina Teacher of the Year 2025 spoke about the importance of diversity and equity! I’m honored to represent Richland School District Two and Richland Northeast HS as we support all students from all backgrounds.
Enjoyed being a part of “An Evening of Conversations with Educators and Legislators.” Educators shared their challenges and their vision for education in SC with elected officials and educational leaders. Richland School District Two R2 Teacher Forum

I did a terrible job taking photos to document my week, but I had a blast assisting CERRA with their Teacher Leadership Conference. So many amazing educators in one place! I did snap a photo with Richland School District Two DTOY Valente' Gibson! I’m inspired and ready for Monday!
