The brilliant thing about Qwik is its ability to serialize and stream closures.

It's because the primitive in Qwik is the 'QRL' (Qwik URL), which is an abstraction of 'calling a function that lives in a different file', saving us the need to manually import and run it.

I got asked yesterday if Qwik 'defer' the hydration on a route level or a component level.

My answer was:
1. There is no hydration, we run the code once, not twice.

2. Qwik works on a function (closure!) level.
We literally 'stream' individual functions to the user 🤯
