Can you spot daylight through our ceiling? We’ve located a devious little leak - a water pipe within the building’s structure that damaged wood, gypsum and plasterboard, then fed the buddleia which send billowing tendrils down two floors! Maintenance is essential for heritage..

Solved! A tiny pinprick of a leak can expand, damaging wood and plaster. A 10p strip of tape does the trick!
