Milcon/VA apps sub chair Rep. Carter said he has a lot of confidence that the VA will not be firing 80,000 more employees. At the Rules Cmte hearing on the apps bill, Carter acknowledges they do not have enough detail. Intends to adjust the bill when that data is available.
