October 15 is celebrated as 'Vaachan Prerana Din'. QUEST's Palavee team at Jawhar (Dist. Palghar) celebrated it by spreading the treasure of books in front of the children in the Anganwadis and allowing them to read for as long as they wanted! #joyofreading #storybooks #reading

After being trained under QUEST’s #Palavee program, the Anganwadi Worker in Pangara Shindi conducted Object talk activity using a helmet. Children spoke sentences of 4-5 words. She gave an activity for emergent writing. You can see the photos of the children’s ‘invented script’.
