Today was the last day of our new QI Masters training. Well done to all those that reported out. It was great to hear what people had learnt and your examples of applying the method. Leading for improvement is key to us further embedding an improvement culture Midlands Partnership University NHS FT.
It's national co-production week and today our CI Collab Midlands Partnership University NHS FT focussed on what we can do to involve people with lived experience at the earliest possible opportunity in improvement work. We would love to hear how you are doing this in your QI work?
