Curious what the rule book says! Was that a force of nature? Like a strong gust of wind stopping the ball from touching the boundary 😄

In many cases, LLMs provide symptomatic fixes to issues. This is great in the short term. But definitely adds technical debt. However, I am sure you can prompt your way to find the root cause. It just needs more engagement on your side!

It’s happening. Yesterday at the Spring AI workshop, a Python developer told me his company decided to build their AI platform with Java+Spring AI. He mentioned the transition was smooth. We'll see more and more AI apps on the JVM. This is your sign to explore Spring AI.

Dirk Bruere What people miss is that AI as a pattern matcher can explore the combinatorial space of all human knowledge faster than we can. So it can absolutely find new connections between existing data.

YAML is the only programming language where a missing space can take down production and the error message just says 'invalid syntax at line 1' when the problem is on line 847.

I get why engineers are feeling a lot of existential angst right now over their craft, but I also have very limited patience for it. This is literally a field that was obsessed with "disrupting".. and now the disrupters are being disrupted. Have perspective.

The assembly->languages transition is not comparable to the languages->prompts one. It is possible to prove the correctness of a compiler. It is rarely possible to have an LLM generate the same code twice.

You can’t buy Linux. It’s free. Always has been. So IBM did the next best thing: it spent $34 billion buying Red Hat, a company whose entire business is selling tech support for this free software. Largest software acquisition in history. For support contracts on something anyone

This place is in my Hometown - Kishangarh (Ajmer). And I strongly advise you NOT TO VISIT THIS place. This is marble dust. It is very poisonous and can literally puncture and harm your lungs permanently, irreversible damage. The local population is already suffering. These
