We welcomed Dr. Richard Vine, Purdue's first enology professor, back to campus. Dr. Vine worked in the department from 1991-2004 and famously taught FS 470 Wine Appreciation. During his visit, he walked through the Richard Vine Enology Library - a fitting tribute to his legacy!
