Rehabilitation Science Research Network for COVID Jessica DeMars I think it is important to clarify that you mean “graded exercise with fixed increments”. This type of exercise can be harmful.
There is emerging evidence showing that personalized, symptom-and function-based exercise is beneficial for many people with long covid. #longcovid

Majority of patients in our rehab trial found the program very beneficial! Some patients (14%) did not have a good experience so important to personalize it or wait until they are “ready”
