Psoriasis is a systemic disease that affects people physically and psychologically and is associated with other important medical conditions.

The GPA aims to uncover the number of people around the world who have #psoriasis and the care and #treatment available to them.

The GPA’s epidemiological study in Taiwan yielded a prevalence of 0.86%. That means that 201,657 people in Taiwan had #psoriasis in 2017.

The GPA have worked with colleagues in Quebec to publish this latest paper in the American Journal of Clinical Dermatology. The paper examines the top risk factors that significantly impact the incidence of #psoriasis at the neighborhood level.
