If a site goes "please turn off your ad blocker 😭" and their advertisement partners serve literal malware or track my every move without taking full responsibility for my data, they're never going to see me disabling my ad blockers, yes it's more than one.

If you are using firefox (I don't know if Opera or Edge has one). You can try the "Yes Script" addon, for sites that even with a blocker do awful stuff behind. The addon blocks any JS from running in the page. Or just use Brave Browser for browsing and Proton for emails.
