It was an exciting day hosting the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services USCIS for training on naturalization processes. Fellow nonprofits joined us to empower our community with knowledge and resources, fostering understanding and supporting the path to citizenship. 🇺🇸

Thank you to Brownsville Early College High School for spending some time with us and learning about our programs and services! We talked about healthy lifestyle changes and tested our knowledge on the immigration civics tests. 📚 We love seeing young minds engage with community!

Discovering history together! 🕰️The Generation WE program had an amazing time at the Historic Brownsville Museum field trip, where we learned about the establishment of Brownsville and looked at exhibits that highlight various topics related to local history.

🌸Celebrating Mother's Day! The Salon and Spa at SCI pampered our amazing Integrated Family Program's moms by doing their hair and nails for the celebration💅💆‍♀️. Our incredible PJD staff moms also enjoyed a well-deserved break with painting, karaoke, and food.

Thanks to the Youth Philanthropy and the Brownsville Community Foundation, we were awarded $3,500 that will be used to support our GED in Spanish program, making education more accessible for everyone. 📚 Together, we're starting a journey of empowerment and change! 🙏

Another successful journey with Cafe con los Compadres! 👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 From stress management to understanding finances, this pilot program is empowering fathers every step of the way. 💪 We're excited to see the bonds formed, skills improved, and lives transformed in just 6 weeks!
