Lightmap switching is now part of day/night cycle. Despite dozens of environment elements (light color/rotation, materials, fog, reflection probes, etc.) being controller per frame at 288X speed, the performance is only becoming more stable by the day. #VRChat #unity3d

VRC Light Volumes is a next-gen voxel based baked volumetric lighting solution for VRChat, I'm working on right now! It affects avatars, dynamic props, etc. Works really fast without major overhead even on Quest. It will be fully open-source and free, so stay tuned! #vrchat
