Our latest report shows first-time foreclosure filings in the NYC metro area hit a two-year high, driven largely by a 23% Y-o-Y surge in New Jersey. In NYC, filings rose 11%, with Brooklyn leading after a 36% jump to 129 cases, overtaking Queens. propertyshark.com/Real-Estate-Re….
