My view is that if you've never been brutalized by the state, you've never stood up for anything in the face of state or institutional violence and persecution, and you've made a living as a political commentator, you have no business condescending to protestors and organizers.

I am being outright gaslit. I am going to preserve my sanity and my dignity. I pushed for an explanation I did not get and was met with a total stonewall, cruelty, and incoherence: no judgment was passed on my work and I was also told it wasn’t interpersonal.
