It is recommend that pregnant women have the COVID-19 vaccination as soon as possible. This is to protect you and your baby because having COVID-19 while pregnant may mean your baby is born prematurely or requiring an emergency caesarean. More here: orlo.uk/X2gn3

Sore throat, sneezing, runny nose, headaches and fever are the mild symptoms of COVID-19 but no-one knows how it will affect them until they catch it. Getting 'fully vaccinated' reduces serious illness by up to 80%. Make it your New Year resolution; visit orlo.uk/YpfJ8
