Happy Wednesday!!🌟 Sharing a successful week 2 where the pupils of Roxwell C of E Primary School were learning about using their inner compasses and thinking about their own values and how they can drive themselves to make good choices in life. Looking forward to seeing them all for session 3! 🤩

Week 3 with Roxwell C of E Primary School ! The students did an amazing physical session with Vicki before engaging in the Mind Empower session with Fi discussing what it takes to help a growth mindset, challenge our comfort zones and talk about the many amazing neurons that our brains encase!

Project:ME are back delivering their “My Amazing Mind & Body” programme to our Year 5 children. Jodie & Callum are the coaches supporting the children with this programme for 12 weeks. They are fantastic coaches, we can’t wait to see the children thrive.
