Ciara Honestly bored to death of this. And it's always my name too. I got told at a conference in Canada that I should just have a phonetic version of my name on name tags. Like, absolutely not. A. It's already phonetic. And B. I can't imagine this being asked of many other languages.

Ciara Like, weve had our language taken off us already, and I'm being asked to do it to myself? Nope. This was not by a Canadian by the way, because they were so respectful of my name and related it back to discourse about Indigenous languages there a lot.

These are the first pictures of the criminals who made money from the vast illegal superdump at Mobuoy, where more than a million tons, some of it toxic, was dumped beside the river from which much of Londonderry’s drinking water is drawn. belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/courts/fi…

Not to brag, but having led a large project on degrowth, "Living Well Within Limits", which published 33 papers, roughly half of which were data analysis and modelling, only 1 would have qualified for the parameters of the study cited. This is not indicative of anything. 🤷‍♀️

Why are reps from Belfast City Council jetting off to the South of France to the Saudi Arabian sponsored MIPIM 4-day real estate exhibition, conference and "networking" event"? Are we not already on our knees with foreign investors buying up property here? Well said Cllr Áine Groogan
