Thanks Dilip. Interesting that models are now au courant if they are AI/Machine Learning, but simple linear models (and improper models) are applicable where these more data hungry models are not....

so many Twitter bios say "opinions are my own" instead of "opinions are shaped by norms, values, and ideologies imparted by family, education, peers, media, and culture"

#CNN Amazing investigation cnn.com/interactive/20… How dark defaults increase campaign donations, particularly among cognitively challenged older adults. Important that they put real stories to the analysis that we did in #PNAS pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pn…

Its been going on for years....We wrote Dan, I believe in 2006 when we read an NIH research talking about him presenting this (our) result. He responded that it was a misunderstanding and clarified it. That's a long standing misunderstanding now on National TV.

Do a benefit cost analysis of US AID and you will be hard-pressed to find another agency that does so much good per dollar spent. We should be grateful to people like Atul who has taken time from his medical practice to help the poor, sick and starving around the world.

Another idiotic move. Why would anyone who is not in the business of doing tax returns oppose people getting a pre-populated return. Could be at least 75% of Americans. In civilized countries you can file your taxes by text message!
