What an unbelievable night at “The Bob”. This was by far the largest crowd at Robert E Hayes Field. I shed a tear thinking of him, this electric atmosphere and wish he was here. He would be proud of both Coaches, teams and the people of Mt. Pleasant. Thank you MP!

For teachers to be “All In” doesn’t mean they have to be at school til 7 every night. Doesn’t mean they need to take school work home with them every night. Doesn’t mean they need to be swamped every weekend with planning or grading. This isn’t All In, this is Burned Out.

Educators, as you prepare for the new year. I know you will bring your best, but remember to put family first. You may be tough to replace at school, but you are impossible to replace at home.

No one in your building grows if leaders just let everyone shut their doors and leave them alone. There has to be a rhythm created of trust, autonomy, communication, and coaching to our best selves. Iron sharpens iron. #leadership
