For our text ‘The Great Fire of London’, our Year 2 students used extended command sentences to create warning posters about fire safety in 1666! They used teabags to add an authentic touch to their writing! 🔥🏚️📜

Meet our adorable ducklings! 🥚🦆🐣 Our pupils in the EYFS and across the school have had an amazing experience for the last two weeks! We’ve watched our ducklings hatch and grow, whilst learning about their life cycle! We’ve also learned how to care for them. #IncredibleEggs 🦆

Wow! Year 3 have been exploring and creating Ancient Egyptian art! They created their own designs in their sketchbooks, inspired by the style of ancient civilisation. They then made their own papyrus paper! Check out some of their amazing scrolls! Kapow Primary 📜🎨🖌️

What fun our Year 1s had on their trip to the Science Museum to experience 'The Garden' exhibition, where they learned all about what plants need to grow. They learned that they need soil, air, sun and water. They then took a look at the exciting space exhibition! 🌱🪴🥼🔬🚀👩‍🔬👨‍🔬

Beth from Bug Life came to teach us all about bugs, insects and how to care for them. We made bug hotels using natural materials, planted wild flower pollinators and even created deterrents for birds so they won't eat the bugs! Did you know birds don't like the colour blue?🐞🐛🕷️
