Why would anybody think that a hugely huge rigidly-structured command-focused, org where people are rewarded only for making their superiors look better could create a flexible, adaptable, customer focused, system? No gonna happen. Conway's Law is the law, not a suggestion.

That was an amazing event! Personally, I enjoyed everything: from the great talks in room 202 (hello AC 👋), to the networking at Cafe Oz, and of course sharing the Moebius stage with Filippo made it a perfect two days!
