Harvey's Lab Tours - The new name for Harvey's Gang, to reflect our ongoing commitment to educating and inspiring young patients through interactive lab tours. The new name and logo more accurately represents our core activity and focus for the children and families we serve.

And so I completed my time as Honorary ARTP Chair and despite the challenges, it has been a hugely rewarding experience with amazing support from the Board. I know I’m passing it to very safe hands Dr Joanna Shakespeare and Matt Rutter 😊😊

2/2 We need funding where clinician’s (incl HCS) think it should go. Abandon pointless targets, reduce bean-counting management to <20% of workforce, & get management to deliver clinical initiatives - no more tail wagging the dog! Simplify R&D, leaders must do clinical shifts.

As ⁦Academy for Healthcare Science⁩ President, I see this headline & know that not a single clinical member of ⁦the NHS caused this to happen! Gov’t underfunding, stolen Covid funds & privatisation has destroyed our wonderful NHS. Let’s get the NHS back to where it should be! 1/2
