I struggle with marketing before my app is ready. Probably like most of you. But my reason is that I only want to announce something when I have something I'm proud of. Marketing something that's incomplete is just noise to the disservice of everyone.

User onboarding flow is the MOST important part of your app. Unlucky for me, my app requires you install 2 snippets of code. One on your frontend, one on your backend. The end result of the user's effort is marvelous. But conversions are very difficult.
