Charlie Kirk did not “pass away.” Charlie Kirk was murdered. Charlie taught that language - the words you chose to make your case - mattered as much as the passion and logic behind it. Don’t mince your words. He was murdered.

It’s crazy how the death of a man I never met or never knew personally could affect me as much as Charlie’s did today. It’s weighing heavy on my thoughts.

I never met Charlie Kirk but I am gutted by this atrocity. Open debate is healthy and essential. Free speech is a constitutional right. Violence for disagreeing with someone is sick, deranged, and creates a greater division that becomes harder to overcome.
