US Direct Deposit Redemptions are now processing as normal. Our team found a tech issue impacting direct deposits from Jan 24-29. It caused a delay of 1-4 business days for ACH deposits only. Funds are on the way, no action is needed. You’ll see them in 1-3 business days.

Our team is currently aware of US direct deposit redemption delays that began 1/24/2024. We are actively investigating the cause and working on fixing it as soon as possible.🔍
