We kicked off our swim lessons 😄. In #Lesotho drowning is the 4th largest cause of premature deaths. Despite having no natural lakes & very few large rivers. #ActionIrelandTrust Swimming/Basic Water Awareness & Skills, thanks to Avani Maseru for the use of their pool #lifelessons

Another great demonstration of #AIT Teamwork to complete our pathways at Lithabaneng LECSA Primary School today 💪 these new pathways will make a big difference to learners and staff, connecting new toilet blocks and school buildings, #workingtochangethefuture #togetherwecan

Minister O’ Brien spoke of how important Portmarnock CS input has been into #AIT #Lesotho projects over the last 17 years. Over 1000 students have travelled during that period and the Minister highlighted the student’s roles as Ambassadors for Ireland.
