7:07.55 a new Nurburgring lap record! 26 seconds faster than Taycan Turbo S.

Twenty-six seconds is half an eternity in motorsport. Lars’ lap time of 7:07.55 minutes on the Nordschleife is sensational, putting the Taycan in the same league as electric hypercars,” says head of the model line, Kevin Giek.

By the time Lars had passed the finish line near Grandstand 13, he would’ve been 1.3km further behind during his lap in the Taycan Turbo S, illustrating the advancements made in EV production by the company. We can’t wait to see how it translates to a production vehicle! 🤩
