Received a quote today to my work email address for some building work. Email address to me by name. Quote letter starts off Dear Sirs. Why?? I’m not male. I’ve met the person giving the quote. I don’t even have a a single male member of staff. Just made my hackles rise. 😤

Tough week but today I fixed my own 3in1 syringe after working out what part had broken and getting it sent and taking it apart and replacing it (with a little what’s app video guide from my favourite engineers) RPA Dental why are these things more satisfying than dentistry? 😆

Giving them antibiotics in GP and pharmacy doesn’t help dentists out - it makes our job harder :-) And no people don’t need antibiotics before we can treat an infected 🦷
