#DementiaActionWeek focus is on diagnosis. It’s vital as 1 in 3 people with dementia don’t have a diagnosis, leaving them without the care they need That’s why dedicated staff like Katie, our amazing dementia nurse, are vital supporting patients & families throughout our trust.
