It’s hard to put into context how much time OCD steals from you. The ruminations and compulsions are all so time consuming.

Started my new job last week! Unfortunately, my my co-workers aren't pulling their weight. Might have to reach out to HR for this one.

What are you doing in the bathroom? What is ANYONE doing in there? We don’t actually know. We need a representative U.S. sample to help us establish norms which is weirdly fun while also super helpful for OCD treatment. Share totally anonymously at tinyurl.com/2CCUP559 🚽

I finished writing my first 1st author paper since my dissertation 🤍 Finding my path back to writing was a journey. Thanks to the partnerships (both personal & professional) who helped me get here. It feels like both feet are on the ground & moving in the right direction 🥰

Having OCD has no bearing on someone's ability to be a successful surgeon (or any job). My answer... I want to have a great surgeon. If my surgeon has OCD and they're great, it won't be because of their OCD. And if they suck, it also won't be because of their OCD.
