Unfortunately we are once again short of leaders for Sunday run and so aren’t running a club session. Please feel free to organise your own runs on this post but the leisure centre will be running the Ponteland Triathlon so it would be worth setting off from somewhere else!

Club Session Details - Monday 15th April You have a choice of: Multiple short efforts with Paul OR Steady run with Theo Both sessions cater for any pace, so the only important decision you have to make on Monday is which session!! Meet 7pm at the Leisure Centre.
