In Space Engineers, how in the hell is it not possible to add items to a faction's offer list of items to sell with out REDEFINING THE ENTIRE FACTION in a new file?! To avoid this I tried runtime adding items to store blocks but it seems NPC storeblocks do their own thang.

The next thing I'm trying to address in Space Engineers with my modding nonsense is repairs. I feel like the game really discourages you from getting into fights. I'd be like having to send your Street Fighter to a hospital to heal for six months after every fight.
