The case for the need for fair service charges and legislation to make it happen proposed by the Earl of Lytton in the House of Lords.

The Earl of Lytton has tabled amendments to end service charge abuse, prevent insurance assignments and introduce the concept of a Building Trustee to ensure #leasehold abuse ends and #commonhold thrives.

Trusthold coming this week to the House of Lords!

The Earl of Lytton will be tabling a set of amendments to bring consumer protection to leasehold to end the abuses and also ensure enfranchising and commonhold can become a viable option in the UK.

This is in addition to
