The National Trust Canine Code of Conduct promotes responsible dog ownership. We ask all visitors to follow the Countryside Code and keep their dogs on leads around livestock. It’s essential to use a short lead around sheep. Look out for signs around the estate for information.

The early spring crocuses are at their best right now at Polesden Lacey, especially in the Ladies Garden. Come along for a mid-week wander soon and enjoy a soothing sea of purple, set in one of the most tranquil parts of the garden.

Pretty much peak Daffodil here at Polesden, so come and visit if daffs are your thing! The Garden Highlights board is just beyond Visitor Reception, where friendly volunteers can direct you to your favourite variety. We love Jack Snipe, which we know our donor loved too 🌞

Dress to Impress, a new exhibition about fashion in art, opens today at Polesden Lacey (11am-3.30pm) and runs until 2 Nov. See how fashion and dress reflect power and personality. A collaboration with Wimbledon College of Arts (UAL) showcases the next generation of design talent.
