I’m sure we’ve ALL encountered this kind of dealer at least once. That obnoxious, egocentric dealer that cares more about showing off how fast they are than the players (and that it’s the final 3 of the ME with over $100k on the line). (ie I doubt it was an inside job.)

Exactly why there can’t be a Best Dealer award. The best dealers are the humblest that you hardly even notice are there. Not the loud ones that you can hear from across the room. Not the ones trying to show off how fast they can deal down but flipping up cards in the process.

I pulled leaderboards from THM for Top 500s. Not only all < 2% female, but there’s hardly an increase in the last 3 years! (Unfortunately couldn’t find a Mixed Game leaderboard- but I don’t think any played in the PGT Mixed Game series last month other than Jen Harman) 2/3

Ironically had this chat with a guy at my WSOP - World Series of Poker table a few days ago. He made it all the way to the Payment window on WSOP+ of the actual Ladies event (not the Satty) WHILE clicking the $1k option. (He clicked out.) When is he forced to pay an additional $9k, if ever? 🤔
