COVID-19 has delayed consultation on the draft Fenland Local Plan. On Tuesday, cabinet approved a revised timetable (LDS) which can be found here, fenland.gov.uk/media/17035/Fe… Consultation now to take place in February 2021.

PLANNING NEWS 🗞 Recent judicial review of the Govt’s changes to the use classes order & new permitted development rights has been dismissed. The High Court ruled the changes had been legally enacted, a judgment which Rights: Community: Action: Rights : Community : Action seeking to appeal.
