Winemakers have used oak barrels for centuries. Barrels allow tiny amounts of oxygen in, to help mature the wine, while compounds in the wood, give the wine structure and flavor.

This is the perfect time of year to enjoy your Red Wines!🍷🍷🍷. We are open from 11-5.

This is the beginning of our pruning season. There are two types of grape pruning – cane pruning and spur pruning. Mature plants should be pruned yearly, we cane prune our vines.
