On Friday, we welcomed the Y7's into the Canon Slade family and took Communion together, Thank you to Rev. Alan Saunders for leading us so wonderfully.

We had a fantastic start to the week visiting Bishop Bridgeman. I was very impressed with the creative ways they used to encourage prayer within the school. During our session, Shades Ambassadors explored prayer using the hand method. #Prayer #FaithJourney Diocese of Manchester

We had a great time at Ignite learning about who Jesus is, all children in KS2 are welcome!

Wednesday's lunchtime faith group at Canon Slade School had a great time coming up with some amazing Sladian advice using the school's values. Students across the school, from year 7 all the way through to the sixth form gave some brilliant advice and love their Sladian key rings also.

Chaplaincy sessions started back this week in B63/B64. Here's some of our Worship Band learning a new song called Gratitude by Brandon Lake. All are welcome!
