I'm grateful and relieved that it seems that all of our residents are safe. Many offered to go to the ED and help, I spoke to the ED and they have the manpower they need right now. Thank you for your kindness. We will support each other and our community. Pitt Medicine Chiefs

Sincere thanks to these chiefs for a transformative year. They took 2018-19 by storm. We wish you the best in the next chapter and should warn you now, we aren't going to let you feel far away. Joe Rocco @anjalirao412 Agnes Koczo @SteveFox432 Diana S #lifechangingresidency

The irony that my 98yo patient cannot see this sunset does not escape me. I also think she would really enjoy it. She seems to cherish the small things (maybe her secret to living a long healthy life?)

Dr Wendy Fujita killing it at the SGIM plenary! She saved her patient's life and inspires us all. Lesson: opiate use disorder needs to be treated as a chronic disease. #rolemodel #LifeChangingResidency

Dr Eliana Bonifacino, presenting as a Lipkin finalist at SGIM. Take home points: academic institutions need stronger efforts to develop mentorship programs for women, and should not view a lack of senior female mentors as a barrier. #rockstar #fighttheleakypipeline
