Thomas did not respond to our detailed questions.  Crow did.  The sale involved Thomas' childhood home, and Crow wrote:   “My intention is to one day create a public museum at the Thomas home dedicated to telling the story of our nation’s second black Supreme Court Justice.”

And here is what an expert said: “Thomas was hiding a financial relationship with Crow.”

Missouri just effectively banned care for trans people of all ages starting in two weeks. When I started practicing law 13 yrs ago, categorical bans on care were clearly understood to violate the 8th Amendment's prohibition on Cruel & Unusual Punishment in prisons.
