☀️🌈Silly socks ..... The children had to sort out the washing. Trying to find the matching pairs of socks. 🧦

🌈☀️ We have been making symmetrical patterns. The children discovered the pattern on the right wing of a butterfly is the same pattern on its left wing. 🦋

🌈☀️Today we had a great time in the garden with the sun shining, we made a water station so we could keep hydrated in the sun, we also had fun mark making, playing in the water and playing group games. #proudtobepinkie #sunnydays💧🥤🖌️🎨

🌈🌞Today we went on a bug hunt out in the garden we found lots of different "beasties", we found a centipede, we looked at it through the magnifying glass, "it has lots of legs and has pincers"🐛🪲🐜🪳🕷️🪱 #proudtobepinkie #minibeasts

🌈🌞We were very lucky to be given tomato plants. We planted them carefully in compost. We took some cuttings and put them in water to see what happens next. 🍅

Today for snack we made our own pizzas, first we spreaded the tomato sauce then added our toppings of choice, we cooked them then ate them for snack. "I'm making a margherita pizza" "it's delicious" 🍕🌽🍅🫑🧀

☀️🌈 The children were very excited to observe tomatoes growing on the plants which we planted in May. We gave them a drink to help them grow even more. They need to grow bigger and turn red before we can eat them. 🍅🍅🍅🍅

☀️🌈Today in the garden one of the children found a stick and said "it looks like a wand" which gave us the idea to make our own wands, we collected sticks and added ribbon, flowers, leaves & feathers. 🧙🪵🌿🌼🪶

GOAL! The children took part in a football workout session. Learning how to control the ball and their bodies. Great listening skills and following instructions. Working as a team to score goals. ⚽️
