🔬This paper in Nature Biotechnology shows off some incredible whole-body in vivo imaging using a novel permeabilization method. This enables high-res mapping of physiologic systems via light-sheet microscopy using fluorescent IgG antibodies. Impressive! —E.S. nature.com/articles/s4158…
