POKEMON UNITE STILL DOES NOT MAKE PAYMENT FOR THE 2023 REGIONALS IN LATAM SOUTH. I'm not a person who usually posts things here, much less try to have my problems in public but it has reached a point where it seems that they are simply ignoring my messages.+

I have been trying for weeks to get The Pokemon Company to respond to me regarding the payment for having placed 3rd in the past regionals in my region (Latam Sur) and to date I have not received an answer.

Several colleagues have already received the payment without problems but to date they have not even sent me the link to create the virtual wallet and be able to receive the money. First they told me that I had to correct the data, which I already did and I responded with

several emails to Johnpaul "JP" Adams confirming it but I simply have not had an answer, either part of it or by the help center itself on the support page.

Unfortunately, I have been forced to have to gather evidence and make all this public because it seems unprofessional to me that after so many months of preparation by me and my team, 2 of our players (HYPNOTIC & me) do not receive the corresponding payment. and worse still,

ignore us as if it were something minimal. If any of you have any contact with the people of Pokemon Company who can support me with the payment or expedite the process before they take it as forgotten, I would appreciate it if you can confirm it in the comments,

by retweeting or tagging pokemon unite to reach more people and, if the same thing is happening to you, comment below how long they have been ignoring your messages / emails to unite us and that they can make us the payment they promised for being in high positions in the
