Under Prime Minister Youth Laptops Scheme Phase III, a ceremony to distribute laptops among 138 selected PIEAS students was held on Nov. 16, 2023 in Alpha Auditorium. Mr. Qaim Ali Shah (DD IT) HEC and Dr. Anila Usman, Dean Applied Sciences distributed laptops to students.

The Islamic Society of PIEAS organized the Seerat Conference '23 on November 16, 2023, where a respectful Muslim Scholar, Sahibzada Sultan Ahmad Ali, Chairman of the MUSLIM Institute (working for the Mission of Unity, Stability & Leadership In Muslims). es.

The first round of Integration BEE was organized by PIEAS society for Physics on November 24, 2023. Dr. Tariq Siddique, DPAM gave the opening remarks. A large number of students participated in the activity which showed their passion for mathematics.

On November 28, 2023, PIEAS Volunteers Society collaborated with Pakistan Sweet Home Blood Bank to host a successful blood donation camp at PIEAS. The event, marked by student enthusiasm, gathered over 80 bottles of blood for Thalassemia patients.

ROMES seminar series under the umbrella of CMS organized a talk by Dr. Ahmad Ahsan Nawaz from O-Labs on Nov. 29, 2023. The title of his talk was "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AT THE HEART OF HEALTHCARE TRASNFORMATION: UNLEASHING THE FUTURE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE.

Dr. Zaheer Asghar, CMS PIEAS gave a talk "Deep Learning and Response Surface Methodology to Empirically Model and Analyze the Sensitivity of Divergent Flow" at the 9th Intl. Conf. on Recent Developments in Fluid Mechanics, Enviro. Sci. & Renewable Energy on Nov. 27, 2023.

PIEAS students through GDSC attended AI DevFest ’23, organized by GDG Cloud Islamabad on Dec. 2nd, 2023. Abbas Bukhari, Hassaan Ibrahim, and Ahmad Faraz from BS CIS 20-24. secured the First Position in the AI Hackathon conducted as part of AI DevFest ’23.

Prof. Dr. Asifullah Khan, Head PIEAS AI Center (PAIC) was the distinguished speaker in ROMES Seminar Series held on December 20, 2023, in Lyceum Hall, PIEAS. The title of his talk was “Unlocking the AI revolution: Exploring the ascendance of ChatGPT and its popularity”.
