I don't know why people think it's weird that I don't have to eat lunch and when I do, they are perplexed by how much fat I eat and why I turn cookies, rice and bread down.

My siblings: Mom doesn't want it. Me: maybe she's not hungry. Them: She has to eat, she needs her insulin. (Mom is overweight and sedentary with dementia and T2 diabetes. Does it make sense to force feed her? They're giving her cookies and juice) 🙄 #ADA
