The Queen Anne’s Lace is in full bloom around here and every summer when it blooms I always think of my precious mother-in-law who’s gone on to her heavenly home. It was her favorite flower, and it always brings a smile to my face to think about her when I see them in bloom.

I love being an author and illustrator of children’s books! How lucky am I to be able create new worlds for my characters to live in?!
