We are so proud of Asst. Chief Charmane Osborn who was the keynote speaker at last night's 50th Annual AZ Peace Officers Memorial Service. Chief Osborn is a legacy member of @phoenixpolice and a survivor. Her dad was a #PHXPD motor officer killed in the line of duty 40 years ago.
